Nordic Association Meeting:
On Saturday, we will host a special session dedicated to Nordic cryonics associations. This meeting will provide a platform for:
- Presentations from Nordic cryonics associations
- Information exchange on current projects and initiatives
- Discussion of potential collaborations and shared resources
- Addressing common challenges and opportunities in the Nordic region
We encourage all Nordic cryonics associations to prepare a short presentation about their organization and to come ready to engage in productive discussions about the future of cryonics in our region. Please inform us of your attendance as soon as possible, so that we may include you in the official program.
Sunday Activities:
For those interested in extending their stay, we are pleased to offer the following optional activities on Sunday, November 24:
- Guided tour of Stockholm’s iconic sights
- Joint lunch at a local restaurant (additional cost may apply)
This is a perfect opportunity to explore the beautiful city of Stockholm while continuing discussions and networking in a more relaxed setting.
Practical Information:
We recommend staying at one of the following two hotels:
- Hilton Stockholm Slussen: Approximately 1700 SEK (150 EUR) per night.
- Rygerfjord Floating Hotel & Hostel: Approximately 800 SEK (70 EUR) per night.
To reach the venue from the hotels, take the green subway line to Gullmarsplan. From there, take bus 160 towards Årstaberg and get off at Årsta Torg. To use public transport, simply tap your credit card on the glass card reader. Tickets are valid for 75 minutes and include transfers. You will find Årsta Folkets Hus at the square, 100 meters from the bus stop.
